While Gletra implements platform security measures including KYC verification, background checks for service providers, fraud monitoring, and 24/7 safety reporting tools, users share responsibility for exercising caution and following these guidelines.
These guidelines apply to all Gletra users regardless of role. Violations of safety-related conduct may result in account restrictions under our User Conduct Policy. In emergencies during active home service bookings, use the in-app Emergency button to alert Gletra Safety Team and local authorities.
Report safety concerns immediately through in-app reporting or safety@gletra.com. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services (112 in India) first.

- Do not share Aadhaar, PAN, full card numbers, or home security details unnecessarily
- Block and report users who send harassment, threats, or inappropriate content
- Be cautious of links sent in chat; verify they point to gletra.com domains
- Report requests to move conversation to personal WhatsApp for payment
- Use Gletra in-app calling rather than sharing personal phone numbers when possible
- Do not share screen showing sensitive financial or identity documents
- End calls immediately if the other party behaves inappropriately; report via call log
- Recording calls without all-party consent may violate local law — do not record without consent
