Gletra maintains a strict prohibited and restricted items policy to ensure legal compliance, user safety, and marketplace integrity. This policy applies to all product listings on our multi-vendor marketplace, service offerings on Gletra Home Services, content shared via Gletra Chat, and promotional materials in the seller panel.
Prohibited items may not be listed, sold, advertised, or offered through any Gletra channel. Restricted items may require pre-approval, special licensing, age verification, or geographic limitations before listing. Gletra employs automated scanning, manual review, user reports, and law enforcement cooperation to enforce this policy.
Violations result in immediate listing removal, account suspension or termination, wallet holds, and referral to law enforcement for illegal items. Sellers and service providers are solely responsible for ensuring their offerings comply with this policy and all applicable local, state, and national laws.
